These tickets can be canceled or converted into open date tickets (in accordance with the Company’s cancellation policy) or for another departure date no later than 5 days before the trip.
In case of voluntary cancellation: The same passengers should go to the ferry company and make the change, cancel and etc.
If the passenger is not in the country, we can take care of the process with management expenses of 20% of the total value of the tickets and the remaining amount in the 6-month period remains as a credit for the agency or for the passenger.
The ticket is issued in the name of the passenger, it is personal and non-transferable.
In the event of involuntary cancellation, such as a strike or bad weather, if passengers do not have round trip transfer services in the city or islands, they will have to find a solution on their own.
If they have transfers, we will see the best option of how to help them leave or get to / from their destination. In case the boats do not operate and the passengers wish to take a plane, the expenses are at their own expense.
That is why we recommend that you be financially prepared for any unforeseen events that may occur. In the event of a strike or bad weather, the ferry companies will not return you money, they will change the tickets for the same itinerary on another day or they will leave you the ticket with an open date for a period of one year. For itinerary changes, the passenger pays the difference.
Children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay.
Children from 5 to 10 years old pay 50% of the amount of an adult.

On islands where there are no private diagnostic laboratories or private clinics or pharmacies, the diagnostic tests are performed by municipal clinics and are proven in the above way.
Minor passengers from four (4) to seventeen (17) years old can travel after performing a self-test that takes place up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled travel time. The self-test statement is issued through the website gov.gr.
Passengers must present to the person in charge during their boarding, before the departure of the ship, all the above-mentioned necessary documents.
The use of a protective mask is mandatory in all indoor areas. The use of a double mask or mask (FFP2 or N95), in all indoor common passenger areas, is recommended.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the port of departure on time to facilitate the pre-boarding check-in process.
