Notes for private classes from Cooking in Athens
inclusions:
– vat, class, ingredients, lunch/dinner
– wine, beer, water, soft drinks

schedule:
– classes available from 09:30 to 17:00
– duration: 2–3 hours
pricing:
– minimum participants is 10 pax
payment:
– 30% deposit to confirm
– remaining balance due 15 working days before the class
– unpaid bookings may be cancelled
cancellation policy:
– 100% refund: ≥ 15 days before
– 50% charge: 7–14 days before
– 100% charge: < 6 days before or no-shows
important:
– the confirmed number of participants is final and billable
– changes accepted in writing ≥ 5 working days before the class
– significant reduction to the number of participants may lead to price
recalculation or booking cancellation
notes for shared classes
– inclusions: vat, class, ingredients, lunch or dinner, bread, wine, water and soft drinks
– we offer vegan or vegetarian options.
– a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. the remaining balance is required at least 2 working days before the class date. we have the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
– cancellation policy:
– full refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the class date.
– 50% charge for cancellations made between 6 and 2 days before the class.
– 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or for no-shows.
– no-shows are non-refundable
